Guild Information

Hey Everyone! first off let me tell you guys a little about our group. We are a group of experienced raiders that have been playing since the very beginning of the game. We have cleared most of the game except Naxx which at the time didn't have the core of officers/members we have now not to mention we were on a pretty low pop server which didn't help. When BC came around we moved our guild to a higher pop PVE server in which we have been playing on but wish to move out of for the expansion. Some of our members have decided they might want to reroll and play new classes while others will stick to their mains but we want to play together in WotLK. We decided to make a reroll guild to expand our recruitment across all boards and invite those players that may want to reroll on a new toon to experience the game leveling and endgame the right way!
We might be a reroll guild but you better believe most of us will be transferring our mains and other toons to the server we pick to expand our ranks.
We have quite a few of 70s that will be doing things while our reroll players level them selfs up so were looking to accommodate everyone.

We plan to be one of the first established guilds on the expansion with a tight core of members & people wanting to get progression done fast, fun & most importantly efficiently. Loot & Drama Wh0res, People who need to be taught how to play their class, Close Minded individuals, Noobs need not apply.
We are not in the bussines of baby'ing newcomers or teaching them the core mechanics of raiding. We plan to evaluate applicants on a case by case basis.
Our goal is to start raiding as soon as we all reach 80 (which should only take a week or two) we wont demand you rush to 80 but we'll give everyone a few weeks to get it done. We want to start running heroics as soon as possible to gear ourself & help us progress @ the start faster. Alot of work will be put into this guild and we expect to see results fairly quickly after things start whether it be the rerolls leveling or some our 70s running heroics & raids.

Raid Times will not be changed under any circumstances.

Who are we looking for?
We are interested in bringing in experienced raiders that understand the concept of raiding and have a great attitude.
If you have a Lv.70 but never found a guild to call home and you want to raid now & the expansion with experienced people and no issues. If you have other toons but you wish to reroll to experience the game as another class and you wish to raid when WotLK hits shelfs. People that want to be part of a great core of members that will play together enjoy the game together and see content before the masses. People that (if they reroll) will commit to reaching 70 before the expansion hits.


What do we expect from newcomers?
We are not demanding you level to 70 in a week or any sort of junk like that we have 1 rule when it comes to leveling... Be lv.70 by the time the expansion is released.
We are not Demanding you come from a 6/6 SP guild but some raiding experience is a must keep in mind this is a Skilled guild for Skilled players. We expect you to be Open Minded, Respectful of others, Honest & most important of all Skilled.
%80 attendance is Mandatory which simply means you can miss out 3 raids a month (without fear of being removed from the guild).
We expect you to be ready to raid 15 minutes before ACTUAL raid time. I personally am not interested in bringing in people that will log in at raid time then ask for extra time to check the AH to get Consumables or Items in order. We have a limited time window to raid and we expect to make the most of it we will not be held hostage to members who personal agenda is bigger than the guilds. We want to have a group that knows each other has fun on vent can mellow out and enjoy what they're doing but at the same time at a snap of the fingers is ready to put their game faces on and get things done.

What can you expect from us?
You can expect to see this guild become one of the top guilds on the server by just clearing content efficiently and quickly on the expansion. You will be able to see that our leadership style to be less aggressive than most guilds but quite clean and cut and right to the point. All members will be treated the same way, (wether is rerolls or transfered 70s) Remember if you're here from the start you are as much part of this guild as anyone else.
You can expect us to perhaps extend our sched to 5 days ONLY after we have reached our limit of applicants and discussed it as a guild.

We have yet to decide on the server but it will be a medium to high Population EST PVE server on the ALLIANCE side.
There are many things we want to discuss on the forums first (which are temporary until we get our web designer to make us our real site) and on vent as a guild not just a handfull of people making decisions for everyone.
We are currently accepting Officer applications we wont decide who's an officer until we discuss things as a guild and things are underway.
